  Usage:
• Apply before any base makeup. Close the cap with pen head down and shake for 2-3 times before use. Apply from the apex of eyebrow toward outer corner, then apply from inner corner to apex along hair by drawing small strokes. Recommend using oil-based remover for removal. If sebum or base powder stained the pen tip, recommend cleaning it with tissue to avoid blocking of liquid.
