Order Services Lead-time:

All birthday gift-related orders will be delivered to the office of China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. before 12:00 PM every Monday (Order cutoff time is 12:00 PM the previous Friday. If the Monday is a public holiday, the delivery date will be postponed to the next working day.)

City Super Limited accepts payments made by Stripe, Alipay HK, PayMe, WeChat Pay​. Orders will be charged in Hong Kong dollars.

Terms and conditions:

• The designated delivery time is from 9:00 a.m. to 12p.m. on Monday. If the Monday is a public holiday, the delivery date will be deferred to the next working day.)
• The order cutoff time is 12:00 noon on the Friday prior to the delivery date.
• If customers want to make changes to an order that is being processed, they must contact us at least 2 working days in advance or we will not accept any changes.
• Delivery will be suspended if the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 (or above) is hoisted. The delivery date will be deferred to the next working day
• Customers may choose to collect the online orders at the selected office. It is a must to present the order confirmation number when collect the order. Upon receipt of items, we require your signature representing that responsibilities of purchased goods have been transferred to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you, then you accept that the signature by recipient is an evidence of delivery and fulfillment by City Super Limited.
