Usage:

• Apply on eyeliner area
• When use the pen or when the coloring is not smooth, close the cap and leave eyeliner pen tip facing down for a while. Then, shake around 10 times, and gently press the pen tip on tissue until the pen tip fully absorbs the liquid
• If eye shadow or base powder stained the pen tip, recommend cleaning it with tissue thoroughly
